Here are some useful actions that you can do in just two minutes and they are charity actions..

🌹Capture a photo of a flower or any beautiful natural thing and share it with people here or at any place on the internet…. so that people will feel joyful seeing it.

🌹 make a sandwich and put it in a clean bag with an orange or an apple and give them to a needy person in the street.. you don’t know him but you feel he is needy.

🌹Put a plate full of water and another one full of corn or wheat on the window in order that birds can eat or drink..

🌹Give some yogurt to the cat down the road.. she’s hungry.. she told me 😂😊

🌹Write a comment to a friend that you know or do not know in order to support his or her good work..

🌹Publish an inspiring quote on your page that gives hope and optimism..

🌹Breathe for two minutes..breathing helps us to think clearly and to get rid of passive energy.

🌹Drink some water🥛

🌹Hug a person you love (your wife ..your son….yourself..)etc….Life sometimes makes us busy to have a time for a hug of those who are near to us and need us..

🌹Make your favourite drink (Coffee..tea..etc) and sit down..relax and begin to drink it..

🌹Tell yourself that you are a good person..tell yourself that you deserve those good dreams and forgive yourself for all the mistakes ..open a new page in your life book💕

🌹Read a page in a book(Any book you choose and it is great if this book is Quran)..

🌹Tidy the living room..the chairs are not in the right place..

🌹Send a message to a friend you haven’t seen for a long time..

🌹Pray and supplicate the Almighty to cure the patient and to give your soul joy and contentment.
