What is real love??

I asked myself several times what is real love?

A few days ago..I got the answer..

Real love is Unconditional love.

The love of a mother to her children is real love…because a mother give and expect nothing.

The love of a father also is unconditional.

But love between parteners is not unconditional..because they want to achieve happiness out of that love. They want to fill the empty spaces in their souls by that love.

Love between partners can be unconditional in one case.I will explain.

If you want your romantic love to be unconditional love..you have to fill the spaces in your soul first.

But how to fill the spaces in your soul?

We can fill the spaces in our souls by making a unity.

Which unity?

You have to be united with yourself first. You have to be enough to yourself.

How to be enough to myself?

When I feel happy when I am alone..when I feel joy when I am alone..this is what I mean.

The ability to create joy to yourself.

If you can make joy to yourself..if you can create happiness to yourself…then you are enough to yoursrlf..then your soul will be protected.

Your soul will be protected because it has no holes.

But how to fill the holes in your soul??

The only way to fill the holes in your soul is to know your creator well.

But how we could know our creator??

We have to take thirty minutes of our daily routine for thinking only about God.

You can walk during those minutes or run or practise any sport you love.

Thinking about God will make us happy and united with ourselves..it will make us enough for ourselves..it will make us stronger.

When you manage to fill the spaces in your soul …you will be able to love unconditionally.

You will not love for the sake of achieving happiness or safety or whatever.

You will be happy for the person you love even if that person chooses to share his life with someone else…you will respect his choices and you will wish the best for him/her.

Let’s fill the spaces in our souls first …then we will achieve happiness..and then we can achieve real love..

Real love can’t be attained without knowing our creator.

And to know our creator is a journey indeed.

This journey needs some tools…like determination..practise…reading…to be grateful…to try to count your blessings…to help people…etc.

When you fill the spaces in your soul…you will become strong..and you will have the power to love unconditionally.

Best wishes.🌷💐

Monasticism and Islam🌷

Allah says…

Then, in their wake, We followed them up with (others of) Our messengers: We sent after them Jesus the son of Mary, and bestowed on him the Gospel; and We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him Compassion and Mercy. But the Monasticism which they invented for themselves, We did not prescribe for them: (We commanded) only the seeking for the Good Pleasure of Allah; but that they did not foster as they should have done. Yet We bestowed, on those among them who believed, their (due) reward, but many of them are rebellious transgressors.

Migration ✈

Everyone of us has experienced migration.

Some people migrate for a better life. They leave their countries and go afar where they can find what they miss in their home towns.

Some people migrate inside their souls. They try to see the hidden inside areas which they try to hide all the time. I think this is the best type of migration, though the hardest.

Some migrate to dark areas which are haunted by the dark powers. There you can find selfishness..ego..unjustice..unfair judgment…hatered..etc.They will lost themselves there. They will enter an ugly maze which will end with their end. This is the worst type of migration.

Who is that over there??

I can see a human..I can’t decide whether it is a man or a woman.

That human’s body seems to be full of wounds and scars. But what is that human doing??

That human decided to migrate also.Over there lies a great mountain. That human’s destination is to that high mountain.

The journey is long and exhausting…but the human will go on with no hesitation.

Over that mountain live a certain kind of people. They are the elite..the superior…. the strongest. And they are the happiest.

The mountain has a name in fact.

The mountain’s name is forgiveness.

Best wishes 😎

We aren’t dead.. Are we??

Just close your eyes for two minutes…

Imagine that you are dead now..

Will you be worried about the future??

Will you be sad about the past??

Then open your eyes again..

You see..you are still alive..your life is yours..appreciate it…live it as it is…accept it..thank God for it..it is your chance to begin again..do not care about loss or gain…you are alive..yes..you are alive..say (thank you God)..

And (remember) when your Lord proclaimed: “If you give thanks (by accepting Faith and worshipping none but Allah), I will give you more (of My Blessings), but if you are thankless (i.e. disbelievers), verily! My Punishment is indeed severe.”

The wisdom of 5 prayers in Islam🌷

Muslims perform prayers Five times a day.

Allah Almighty had a purpose for Commanding the Muslims to physically, mentally and spiritually worship him 5 times everyday and for a total of 15 to 20 minutes. The distribution of Prayers throughout the day helps the Muslim to (1) Reconnect with Allah Almighty and to cleanse away any sin build ups in him; (2) To constantly take a physical and mental break from his daily stress; and (3) To keep the body muscles physically stretched, energized and in minimum shape. Of course, if one wants to be more muscular, then he needs to work out more to gain the maximum shape.

All of this, if done on regular and daily basis, would eventually lead to a better personality that is hard to be intimidated, and is sporty and easy going. Such personality would also lead to prosper and success.

The Wisdom that Allah Almighty had for the 5-daily Prayers, had been psychologically and scientifically proven to be a Great One. Allah Almighty certainly Knows what’s best for us, and if we only follow His Holy Commands by the letter, then our lives would be much better.

Religion and fear. 🍃

Some people say( You follow a religion because you are afraid of hell…so,fear is the reason for your following a certain religion)

My reply is as follows:

I follow Islam not because of fear of hell.

Fear is not the reason.

Love is the reason in fact.

I love life.

And because I love life..I have to live it in the best way.

And the best way to live life is to have a healthy system to follow in my life.

So my religion is my healthy system that helps me to live.

Why religion(Islam) is a healthy system?

Because it is made by God (Allah).

And because I trust God..I trust his system which is religion.

The wisdom of ablution.💪

As I told you before my blog’s aim is to teach people about Islam.

Today I will talk about ablution.

Simply ablution is the act of washing certain parts of the body which muslims must perform before prayer.

Purity is the power with which the mysteries revealed upon you. The purification of body strengthens your soul which ultimately bring you close to Allah. This is the reason why Islam emphasizes on purity, as it is the basic part of faith in Islam.

Every Muslim performs ablution (wudhu), before offering prayers. It is a simple, certain and obligatory pattern of washing ones body parts with which they start their prayers. As Allah said in Holy Quran that,
O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. (Al-Maidah)
After about 1400 years, this pattern of washing the body parts became an amazing thing for scientists all around the globe. Many Muslims are unaware that ablution is a medical protection they are applying to their body.
Here are the medical benefits of ablution, the scientists came to know after years of research.

1.Ablution Refreshes Your Body

The Prophet (PBUH) recommended ablution before going to bed. Yoga experts also encourage washing of hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth and genitals before sleep with cool water for a deep sleep.

Ablution stimulates biological rhythms of the body and specifically Biological Active Sports (BASes) which are similar to the idea behind Chinese reflexo-therapy. It is a treatment which includes hydro-massage of the BAS, their thermal and corporal stimulation.
3.Washing Nose Prevents From Microbic Diseases

After a microscopic investigation, it is confirmed that the noses of those who do not perform ablution were exposed to a huge amount of harmful microbes which can cause many diseases.
4.Washing Arms Activates Blood Circulation

It is also established that blood circulation at the limbs is weaker because they are far from the center of the blood pumping heart. Therefore, their washing activates blood circulation at these remote areas of the body, making the person more vigorous.
5. Washing Hands Prevents You From Pneumonia

A study carried out in Pakistan found that over 50% of pneumonia-related infections in children under the age of 5 could simply be prevented by the washing of hands with soap. Hand washing also reduces respiratory infections by removing infectious pathogens to be found on the hands.
6. Rinsing Mouth Prevents Systematic Diseases
It is to be noted that Muslims wash their hands before rinsing their mouth, ensuring that they rinse their mouth with clean water. During the ablution, Muslims rinse their mouth in order to remove food particles and bacteria from the mouth. Most of them prefer miswak – a natural toothbrush made from a twig or root of the tree which has its own antiseptic properties, for cleaning the mouth before ablution.

According to a recent study published in the Clinical Microbiology Reviews Journal by the name of ‘Systemic Diseases Caused by Oral Infection’, have found a direct link between a lack of oral hygiene and systemic diseases. Systemic diseases include Cardiovascular Disease, Bacterial Pneumonia, Osteoporosis, Low Birth Weight and Diabetes-Related Complications.

In every Islamic ritual, there are numerous hidden scientific benefits on which scientists are working. Muslims are, in real means, blessed with Allah’s undeniable wisdom.

Yakeen يقين

What is Yakeen?

I tried to translate this arabic word into English..I found some meanings like( certainty…sureness..certitude..etc.)

But I think it has another meaning..

I will try to explain it in my simple words and through my experience in life in general.

Certainty is the thing that can help you to differentiate between a believer and a disbeliever.

I am not talking here about Islam or Christianity or whatever.

I am talking about the belief of the one creator of all.

If you have a strong belief of our creator…you will have a strong belief in the massages that He sends you daily.

This is Certainty or Yakeen

Yakeen is to believe every massage sent by God to you…to believe in your own intuition.

Yakeen is not only to believe God’s massages…

But to believe all the messages of God in spite of all the bad conditions and circumstances around you.

I will tell you my personal story.

Before God granted me my two children..I stayed seven years after my marriage with no children.

People around me and my husband began to deal with us as if we will stay like that to the end of our life.

But for me..no…I was sure that I will give birth to some children..simply because my God told me that.I had yakeen in his daily massages to me.

I bought clothes of different ages for my children before I have them…then I put them in the closet although at that time..I didn’t have any children.

Also I was careful to watch T.V prgrammes that talks about how to bring up the children in a healthy way.

My neighbours were laughing at me and treated me as if I was dreaming of something impossible…But I didn’t care for them because I had Yakeen.

Yakeen is my friend in this life indeed.

When God sends me a massage I believe it in spite of all the bad circumstances or conditions or fears.

When Prophet Moses was running away from the king of Egypt and his strong army….The people around Prophet Moses looked behind and found that the pharoe’s army is coming and when they looked in front of them…they found the sea. They were sure that they would be killed by the soldiers or drown in the sea.

But Prophet Moses had Yakeen In God.

He said…”No….my God is with me..he will guide me and protect us”

Then the miracle happened…and Moses and his people were safe and the king of Egypt and his army drowned in the sea.

There are many stories about Yakeen in the divine books.

My massage is..

(Whatever happens to you….Do not lose your Yakeen……believe the daily massages of God…..Do not believe your fears or worries…follow your intuition.)

Peace ☺

Physical Pain. 😔

Yesterday I had an accident. The result of that accident was a great pain in my right knee and in my right hand.

I use ointment and special medicine to help me to recover.

But the question is….

Which is more difficult..the physical pain or the spiritual pain.?????

I think the answer differs according to the character of each person.

For me the phsical pain is more difficult than the spiritual pain.

I do not like to depend on other people.I do not like to ask help from others.I do not like to feel that I am weak.

I hate physical pain a lot.But I have to admit that I am a human.

Allah makes us suffer from the physical pain to make us remember that we are not as strong as we think. We have to know that we are weak and that we are in a bad need of help from God.

Also, bad accidents happen to us to know that life is full of surprises..bad or good.

We live our life and we plan for every step…then surprises happen and all our plans are nothing in front of the will of God.

If life gifted you a catastrophic event…if you lost your health or your money…don’t think that this is the end…no…this is the start of another step…

We have to accept the pain…whether it is physical or spiritual.

But we should also try to overcome it…as much as we can.

Life goes on whether we endure the pain or not.

Prophet Ayyob was a rich man..he had a big family…sons and daughters….a lot of money…but at once he lost all that…moreover..he became sick with a severe disease…people of his town said cruel words about him. They said that he did a bad thing so that God punished him and took all the gifts from him.

The only person that he didn’t lose was his loyal wife.

He was patient. He didn’t care for the loss of his money or the loss of his sons and daughters. He didn’t care for his cruel disease. He didn’t care for the cruel talk of people.

He thanked God all the time although the pain of the loss was great.

But finally God rewarded him.And everything was lost was compensated by God again…his health..his family and his money.

Allah says.

Chapter 21 The Prophets سورة الأنبياء – Al-Anbiya: Verse 83
وَأَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
And (remember) Job, when He cried to his Lord, “Truly distress has seized me, but Thou art the Most Merciful of those that are merciful.

So We listened to him: We removed the distress that was on him, and We restored his people to him, and doubled their number,- as a Grace from Ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all who serve Us.
