The stranger (A short story)๐Ÿ˜Ž

The stranger got up early

To his work he walked slowly

On his way he fed the cat

With the left over sprat

The sun smiled with joy

With its Rays reflected

On the face of the stranger

His wrinkles sang a song

Of a life that is not long

The stranger reached the place

A smile was on his face

The hospital he worked in

Was full up that day

He helped everyone

And gave money secretly

To that woman up there

She came for her son

But money had she none

On his way home

The sun began to wave

And said”please be safe”

The stranger knocked the door

Of a neighbour who was poor

Just gave him the dinner

And left him grinner

He slept late that day

Exhausted but okay

He wasn’t a famous person

He wasn’t a superman

A simple soul he was

Strangers are not stars.

Messenger of Allah (๏ทบ) said:Islam initiated as something strange, and it would revert to its (old position) of being strange. so good tidings for the stranger.
