Prophet Mohammad ( Peace and blessings be upon him) practiced meditation inside the cave of Heraa for several years..
The cave was so far from Makkah..it was in a high place in Al Noor mountain ..
Climbing up that mountain to reach that cave is so difficult …you should be a strong person and physically fit to reach that cave.
Inside the cave is complete silence…there Prophet Mohammad practised his meditation…

i was summoning
Demons as Yoga was
the Devil’s Work hehe..
i let them lay their hands
on my Head to try to Save my
