In the cave..

Prophet Mohammad ( Peace and blessings be upon him) practiced meditation inside the cave of Heraa for several years..

The cave was so far from Makkah..it was in a high place in Al Noor mountain ..

Climbing up that mountain to reach that cave is so difficult …you should be a strong person and physically fit to reach that cave.

Inside the cave is complete silence…there Prophet Mohammad practised his meditation…

Most wise men all over the world practised meditation like Buddah…

Let’s know the values of practising meditation..

Give me your experience in the comment box please…

With meditation, the physiology undergoes a change and every cell in the body is filled with more prana (energy). This results in joy, peace, enthusiasm as the level of prana in the body increases.

On a physical level, meditation:

  • Lowers high blood pressure
  • Lowers the levels of blood lactate, reducing anxiety attacks
  • Decreases any tension-related pain, such as, tension headaches, ulcers, insomnia, muscle and joint problems
  • Increases serotonin production that improves mood and behavior
  • Improves the immune system
  • Increases the energy level, as you gain an inner source of energy

11 Mental Benefits of Meditation

Meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an alpha state that promotes healing. The mind becomes fresh, delicate and beautiful. It cleanses and nourishes you from within and calms you, whenever you feel overwhelmed, unstable, or emotionally shut down. With regular practice of meditation:

  • Anxiety decreases
  • Emotional stability improves
  • Creativity increases
  • Happiness increases
  • Intuition develops
  • Gain clarity
  • Problems become smaller
  • Meditation sharpens the mind by gaining focus and expands through relaxation
  • A sharp mind without expansion causes tension, anger and frustration
  • An expanded consciousness without sharpness can lead to lack of action/progress
  • The balance of a sharp mind and an expanded consciousness brings perfection

Meditation makes you aware – that your inner attitude determines your happiness.

3 Spiritual benefits of meditation

Meditation doesn’t have a religion and can be practiced by anybody regardless of the faith they follow.

  • Effortless transition from being something to merging with the infinite and recognizing yourself as an inseparable part of the whole cosmos.
  • In a meditative state, you are in a space of vastness, calmness and joy and this is what you emit into the environment, bringing harmony to the Creation/planet.
  • Meditation can bring about a true personal transformation. As you learn more about yourself, you’ll naturally start discovering more about yourself .

How to get meditation benefits

To experience the benefits of meditation, regular practice is necessary. It takes only a few minutes every day. Once imbibed into the daily routine, meditation becomes the best part of your day!

Meditation is like a seed. When you cultivate a seed with love, the more it blossoms.

Busy people from all backgrounds are grateful to pause and enjoy a refreshing few minutes of meditation each day. Dive deep into yourself and enrich your life.

      1. Oh yes Sohair the Essence of Yoga and Meditation no matter How Different
The Forms May Be Taught arrive at the Peace And Harmony of Focus and
Maximum Concentration in Flow the Eternal Now as our Neo-Cortex
While Helper to Manufacture Future Nows Out of Past Experiences
to Avoid what may other wise take away from our Survival
it also Brings an issue of where We may come to See
the Past and Future as the Main
        Reality instead of the
        Present Real
        Eternal
        Now
        out
        of Reason
        And Worry Mind
        so much into a Construction
and Yes a Real Illusion of Past
And Future Nows.. but true all
is now and when We Focus on the
Task in the Eternal Now without fear
of Past or Future our Creativity and
        Productivity Multiplies Greater than
        Rabbits alone.. hehe.. basically
        Yoga and Meditation
        And Tai Chi and
        all other
        Forms
        of Moving
        And Still Meditation
get us out of the illusion of past
and future and bring us to an Eternal
Now of Peace And Harmony where we
may Focus all of our Energies on Creativity
and Productivity without Fear and the really nice
thing about the Bio-Feedback of doing it is we discipline
our Will this Way to Achieve this State of Being Internally
Within Inside Above So Below and All around as this is
The Butterfly of FLiGHT Reborn out of the illusions of
Future and Past Reasons that become Us the Colors
of Butterflies and Flowers in Flight and Beauty
too on Terrestrial Earth as Seeds of the
Flowers And Trees Holy and Sacred
        We Hold Hands together as
        Leaves Rise And Color
        And Spread and
        Fall and
        Fertilize
        other Life this way too..
        anyway it surely keeps
        me in Heaven and Friendly
so i surely will not complain..
for me though i let my Body Lead
the way intuitively for me any instruction
just takes away from the Free Gift of Grace
in Balance as Foundation of Love that comes from
Within to Make All Will and Strength HaPPeN For ReaL NoW..:)

Music too as some of the
        Fundamentalist
        Christian Folks
        around here
        told me

        the Devil’s Work hehe..
